Product Overview

This machine performs melting and granulation under full vacuum and inert gas protection. Automatic stirring during melting ensures uniform color and oxidation-free final granules. The heating coil uses low-voltage isolated heating for safe and stable operation. The granulation bucket is easy to unload and supports cooling-water replenishment, and the full granulation process is carried out under vacuum. It is especially suitable for oxidation-prone metals and synthetic alloys, delivering nearly no loss, no oxidation, uniform granules, excellent color consistency, and very good sphericity. Optional multi-stage vacuum feeding function is available.
