Product Overview
CXM-ZLJ-50 uses a full stainless-steel furnace body with a 304 steel housing for oxidation resistance and better appearance. It uses thermocouple temperature detection and control for visible process data, with simple button-based operation that is easy to learn. The tank has an independent internal circulation pump to prevent gold granule adhesion and uses a sieve-type extraction box. A push-in lifting tank design helps prevent oxygen suction from below. The fully sealed internal stainless-steel water-cooling structure reduces gas consumption and saves energy. A front movable window supports convenient feeding and stirring. Casting mode can be selected between stopper-rod type (for alloys) and free-fall type (for pure gold and pure silver). The tank includes external cooling-water inlet and drainage interfaces for continuous operation. Graphite stopper aperture can be selected according to granule size requirements, such as 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0. The movable discharge stopper assembly enables fast replacement without threading and can be replaced in-furnace to reduce labor. Vacuum extraction plus full inert-gas protection with strong exhaust enables oxygen-free melting operation.
