Product Overview
CXM-IV is particularly suitable for tiny pure-gold workpieces, with easy recovery and a safe low-voltage coil design. It adopts a high-power variable-frequency motor with good startup reproducibility and can reach rated speed in 0.2 seconds, minimizing time to inject molten metal into the gypsum mold. The casting mold and rotation shaft use straight-arm connection to reduce adverse inertia effects during acceleration and ensure optimal casting quality. The machine uses Chengyixin's advanced core heating system with stable power continuously adjustable from 0 to 100 for stable melting control, and it can also start directly without adjustment for easier operation. The overall protection system is complete, including water-shortage and overflow protection. The lifting coil is air-powered with adjustable speed for pouring at the best process state. To meet customer needs, it includes a dedicated K-gold casting device for dual-purpose use. The casting chamber is integrally formed in stainless steel with a polished interior for easier cleaning and recovery, reducing metal loss.
