CXM-CV is a long-running best-selling continuous casting model with strong adaptability, multiple specification options, easy operation, low loss, high speed, and low-pressure safety. It is especially suitable for K-gold products, with lower consumable use, lower casting loss, high workpiece quality, and safe low-pressure system operation. The machine uses gas-protected melting to reduce metal gasification and applies power-traction continuous casting. In a short time, it can cast high-density precious-metal products in panel, round bar, square bar, round pipe, and other special profiles. The down-leading casting method minimizes internal porosity/sand holes so finished products meet deep-processing requirements. High-efficiency stirring-type induction heating improves power output and melt uniformity, increasing capacity and casting speed. A precise digital measurement system helps control optimal casting state, while complete self-test safety protection ensures stable quality. Optional hydraulic cutter and digital PC control further improve convenience and intelligence. Customization information: continuous casting machines can be customized to 2kg, 5kg, 8kg, 20kg, 30kg, and 50kg specifications according to customer requirements.
