What this system is.
CXM-C20 is a new-generation casting system developed by Chengyixin based on nearly 20 years of experience and theoretical analysis. It is designed to achieve uniform color without segregation and can reduce or eliminate the need for separate premixing/melting steps in typical workflows. Secondary vibration helps refine grain structure and reduce bubbles and porosity. The machine supports fully automatic operation with 50 memory programs and is positioned to deliver much lower casting loss than comparable products on the market. Its automated process control focuses on casting quality optimization, especially color uniformity, lower loss, improved compactness, and reduced sand holes through bubble breaking.
