Cylanco EVO brings precision casting, recipe guidance, equipment coordination and batch traceability into one integrated workflow.
The idea is simple: reduce fragmented handoffs without removing human judgment or machine-level safety control.
One system, one production context
EVO is designed to keep the production task, recipe, equipment and batch identity aligned from burnout through casting and final record. Each connected stage receives the process context it needs, while the batch remains traceable across the workflow.
AI guidance grounded in approved process knowledge
EVO’s AI-assisted layer matches operating conditions—including metal, part type, weight and flask conditions—against an approved recipe library. It presents the suitable recipe, applicable range and version for operator confirmation.
AI does not invent casting temperatures or pressures on the fly. Recommendations remain grounded in reviewed process knowledge.
From alarm to useful action
Alarm information can be connected to plain-language explanations, approved inspection steps, SOPs, images and videos. When further support is required, the workflow can package the machine identity, active recipe, alarm context and surrounding process data into a clearer diagnostic record.
Connected visibility, controlled operation
The connected platform is designed to give authorized users visibility into equipment status, the current process step, key process values, alarms and historical batch records.
Remote tools do not replace local controls, start hazardous actions or override safety interlocks. The PLC remains responsible for heating, vacuum, pressure, motion and machine safety.
A coordinated casting workflow
From approved-recipe guidance to connected equipment and traceable batch records, Cylanco EVO turns separate production steps into one coordinated workflow.
